Shandong Hengli mining equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1948, formerly known as Yidu metallurgical machinery repair factory, and later renamed Qingzhou water pump factory. It is located in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province. Before restructuring, it was subordinate to the Ministry of metallurgical industry. It was restructured into a private enterprise in 2000. The company mainly produces all kinds of diaphragm pumps, slurry pumps, diaphragm pumps for alumina transportation, diaphragm pumps for mine transportation, electronically controlled hydraulic diaphragm pumps, reciprocating pumps for alumina transportation, reciprocating pumps for mine transportation and so on. After the restructuring, the plant covers an area of 400000 square meters, with 860 employees and more than 160 sets of processing equipment. The leading products are various types of water pumps and reciprocating pumps. There are 7600 reciprocating pumps in the market, and more than 1000 are exported overseas. In 1972, we introduced and absorbed Soviet technology and Shengli Oilfield to jointly develop large piston pumps for petrochemical industry. In 1976, we produced mass pumps to completely replace Soviet pumps. In 1982, our pumps made the output of Shengli Oilfield exceed 35 million tons, making it the second largest oilfield in China. In 1992, it led the formulation of the national standard for reciprocating pumps. In 1992, we jointly surveyed and mapped the Dutch pump with Shenyang Metallurgical repair and manufacturing plant. After fully digesting and absorbing the Dutch technology, our company provided comprehensive support to Shenyang Metallurgical repair and manufacturing plant. In 2002, we introduced the technology of F series reciprocating pump from the United States to fully digest and absorb.

We have more than 40 years of R & D and production experience in reciprocating pump production. We have a senior technical team and complete production and testing equipment. Since the restructuring in 2000, our company has abandoned the old ideas and concepts of the old state-owned and boldly went out. In 2006, our company specially introduced the electric control automatic oil control system of Dutch Welch company for the irregular damage of diaphragm pump caused by inaccurate mechanical control oil supplement and discharge, and optimized it after digestion and absorption with the Institute of automation of Shandong University. The reaction speed of our optimized oil control system increased by 25%, making the oil supplement and discharge time more accurate, The amount of oil replenishment and drainage is more correct.
